- What Should I Wear to a class?
- Stretchy, comfortable clothing is best such as leggings/joggers and t-shirt. Ideally your clothing should be close fitting so that I can more easily check your movement/posture during a class. You can do the class barefoot or in socks.
- What do I need to bring?
- Just you! I can provide mats and basic equipment, however if you have your own exercise or yoga mat please feel free to bring it with you.
- How long is a class?
- Group classes last for one hour and consist of a short warm up followed by a balanced body workout and finishing with a good stretch!
- How much does it cost?
- Group classes are pre-booked in a six week block and currently cost
$72. There is a drop in rate of $13 per session. One-to-one sessions cost $50 per hour. - Can I eat before a class?
- Because Pilates exercises focus on the abdominal muscles it is preferable not to have eaten anything substantial a couple of hours before class. I find that a banana/yogurt/smoothie is ideal for keeping hunger pangs at bay!
